24-Hour Banking, Online Bill Pay & Paperless Statements

VaultLink Telephone, VaultLink Online, Online Bill Pay and Paperless Statements have been designed to be as simple and easy to use as possible. To signup for these services, simply visit a Personal Banker or New Accounts Representative at any of our convenient locations.

What is VaultLink Telephone & VaultLink Online?

Both VaultLink Telephone and VaultLink Online enable you to access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Both of these FREE services allow you to inquire about account balances, check to see if a check has cleared, transfer funds between accounts, make loan or PRA (overdraft protection) payments, and check on deposits. Using VaultLink Online, you can even export transactions to popular money management software (Note: Quicken 2006, as well as later versions of Quicken, are not compatible with VaultLink) and access Online Bill Pay. All of this is available through either any touch-tone phone or your any computer with internet access.

What is Online Bill Pay?

Online Bill Pay is accessible through VaultLink Online, allowing you to pay your bills from your checking account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's convenient: You can pay your bills at the office, from home, or even while on vacation! Plus, you can pay one-time bills or schedule regular payments to be automatically processed on the days you choose.

Online Bill Pay is FREE with no per transaction fees for all Advantage Plus and Value Club Checking customers. A $3.00 monthly inactivity charge will apply after 60 days with no bill pay transactions.

Online Bill Pay is available for all other checking accounts with no monthly fee or any per transaction fees if the account is signed up to receive Paperless Statements. A $3.00 monthly inactivity charge will apply after 60 days with no bill pay transactions. Without Paperless Statements, Online Bill Pay is $5.95 per month.

Paperless Statements and E-mail Notification are a great, secure way to view your account information at your convenience, and is available FREE to all of our customers.
