Glossary of Terms Affiliate: Any company that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another company. Customer: An individual who establishes an account relationship with Waukesha State Bank. Joint Marketing Agreement: This is an agreement in which Waukesha State Bank contracts with another financial institution with whom we have teamed to market either or both of the institutions’ products or services. Non-Public Personal Information: Personally identifiable information that is provided by a customer to Waukesha State Bank and lists or other groupings of customers that are derived from using any information that is not publicly available.
